Our team of highly experienced professionals will take the complete ownership of the project right from the initial conceptualization stage to the final handover of the site. We hand over the Technical Drawings and 3D drawings and help you identify a contractor for your project. This contractor could be of your choice as well. We create a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and once it’s approved we’re all set to start executing your project.
During the construction period, we make ourselves available to the contractor to answer any questions and address any concerns they may have. We are involved during the construction to represent the owner and to respond to any contractor RFI’s, to conduct site observation visits, to monitor progress, to prepare any required change orders, to review shop drawings and pay. Most of our clients choose us to provide them a complete Architectural and Contracting Services (Design & Build Solution). Being an in-house contracting company some of the advantages we offer to the clients are:
- Our Contracting team is Completely equipped with Design Info from Day1
- They provide effective Design strategies to the design team which will be efficient while construction.
- Budget is given on Day 1 and needs to be religiously followed. Any variations will be informed before the start of the project to the client.
